Introduction to the Vatika Sanchalak Training Program

Program Overview: This training initiative is meticulously designed for a prospective Vatika Samchalak, to equip him with the essential skills and knowledge required for his role. The course spans three months and is structured around a robust learning model known as 'Gunakul'—a modern adaptation of the traditional Gurukul system, emphasizing the supreme importance of quality (Gunamaryada Sarvopari) in teaching and learning.

Objective and Methodology: The primary goal for participants is to achieve a monthly income of INR 30,000 by the end of the training. This financial target effectively serves as the certification criterion, emphasizing practical success over theoretical assessments. Anand has committed to an immersive learning experience, residing onsite to fully engage with the learning process. 

Financial Support and Incremental Goals: Participants receive a scholarship to support their initial phase of the training. The program is structured to gradually increase earning potential, with specific monthly targets set to measure progress. For example, in the first month, Anand is expected to earn an additional INR 5,000 to 7,000 over his scholarship, escalating in subsequent months to reflect growing expertise and responsibility.
